How to delete your account and data

App: SHOPPER 2.0. Developer: Dot2Dot Technology Private Limited.

In the app (fastest):

• Open SHOPPER 2.0 and tap Profile (bottom right).
• Tap your name at the top to open Account.
• Scroll to Delete my account and tap it.
• Enter your password (or, if you signed in with Google, confirm with Google) and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

If you cannot open the app: email admin@dot2dot.in from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name, password hash or Google account identifier, and profile picture.
• Your wishlist, settings (language, Amazon Prime, stores you shop at, price-update choice), and the credit cards you ticked.
• Your recent searches, history and activity (products viewed, saved, compared, opened to buy, videos played).
• Your Buy taps and your answers to "Did you buy it?".
• Your login sessions on every device.

What is kept, and for how long

• Search words not linked to your account (stored with a random session reference, not with you): up to 30 days, then deleted. They may be used in aggregate, for example to decide which searches are popular.
• Shopping search results that are cached for speed and are not linked to you.
• Backups: deleted data may remain in routine backups for up to 30 days before being overwritten. We do not use backups to restore deleted accounts.
• Records at other companies: when you tapped Buy, the affiliate network and the store may keep their own records of the visit and any order, under their own policies. We never gave them your name or email, only an anonymous click reference. To remove them, contact the store. We do not hold your order or payment details.
• Where the law requires it, we keep only what we must, for the period required.
